Liiva – The digital companion for every dream home
Home ownership is a central issue for almost half of all Swiss people – and poses various challenges. These range from the search, purchase, ownership, and maintenance to the sale of real estate. Home ownership is complex and time-consuming in all its phases. Liiva aims to remedy this and offers end-to-end digital solutions.
From the outset, Liiva’s portal was built entirely on the technical infrastructure of Microsoft Azure. A microservice architecture based on PaaS and SaaS solutions from Azure was implemented. The infrastructure is highly scalable and expandable and can therefore grow optimally with the company. Data storage in an Azure data center in Switzerland supports the high data protection requirements.
